Roles & Responsibilities:
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including operator orientation and exit procedures
Manage work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees
Maintain training records and certification tracking for operators
Coordinate and support HR welfare initiatives and employee engagement activities
Administer eLeave system in Workday and generate relevant reports
Handle HR administrative tasks, including maintaining personnel files and updating employee records in Workday
Manage day-to-day operational HR matters related to blue-collar workers.
Ensure timely processing of employee confirmations
Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly and approachable disposition
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
