HR Assistant Job Description

Assist with posting job vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.

Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees.

Lead employee engagement and retention strategies.

Analyze HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Provide timely communication on HR policy updates to all levels of the company.

Handle employee inquiries and concerns, and assist with conflict resolution.

Assist with planning and executing HR projects.

Partner with other HR team members, support, and provide HR advice to leaders in areas such as hiring, feedback, employee relations, performance management, development, coaching, and organizational development.

Be the point of contact for franchisees.

Partner with HRD to create the Learning & Development framework, including HIPO talent management programs for career development and succession planning.

Design and deliver soft skills training programs, including interviewing skills, performance management, communication, and leadership.

Perform any ad hoc duties as needed.
