Job description

1. Human Resources

  1. Prepare HR correspondence, employment contracts, and manage employee attendance.

  2. Ensure employee compliance with company rules and policies.

  3. Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and on-boarding processes.

  4. Maintain and update the HR database and HRIS records.

  5. Process monthly payroll via software.

  6. Manage employee insurance policies.

  7. Organize bi-annual performance reviews to gauge employee performance and assist the company in taking appropriate actions for improvement.

  8. Ensure coordination and support for the employee stationed in Hong Kong.

2. Administration

  1. Oversee daily administrative operations.

  2. Ensure timely recording and filing of invoices and important documents.

  3. Manage motor vehicle-related matters (e.g., road tax).

  4. Take responsibility for office licenses, including WICA compliance, electrical, and fire insurance renewals.

  5. Handle company assets, including their maintenance and disposal.

  6. Arrange transport and travel requirements for all company personnel traveling overseas.

  7. Manage submission and processing of employee claims.
