Job description

Responsibilities
  • HR Records & Database Management:Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

  • Work Pass Administration: Handle applications, renewals, issuance, and cancellations of work passes

  • Recruitment Operations:

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations

    • Support recruitment events such as career fairs and campus outreach

  • Onboarding & Offboarding:

    • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation

    • Support exit processes and documentation

  • Claims & Insurance:

    • Assist with WICA claims, medical claims, and company group insurance tenders

  • Employee Engagement:

    • Plan and execute activities to enhance employee experience and engagement

  • Administrative Support:

    • Support performance management processes

    • Manage office supplies including ordering of stationery, and vendor sourcing

  • Other Duties:

    • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations

  • Good understanding of the Employment Act

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work well with all levels of staff
