A leading company in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations Manager to handle various HR functions including records management, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a relevant diploma or degree, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR operations.
HR Records & Database Management:Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Work Pass Administration: Handle applications, renewals, issuance, and cancellations of work passes
Recruitment Operations:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
Support recruitment events such as career fairs and campus outreach
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
Support exit processes and documentation
Claims & Insurance:
Assist with WICA claims, medical claims, and company group insurance tenders
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute activities to enhance employee experience and engagement
Administrative Support:
Support performance management processes
Manage office supplies including ordering of stationery, and vendor sourcing
Other Duties:
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations
Good understanding of the Employment Act
Proficient in MS Office applications
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work well with all levels of staff
