Responsibilities:
Assist in keying timesheets for payroll
Submission of claims (NS makeup pay, GPL, FWL waiver, and other government grants)
Interview arrangements
Assist in full spectrum of employment cycle (prepare onboarding, confirmation, promotion, demotion, exit clearance)
File exit clearance (IR21)
Annual filing of income tax
Weekly manpower update
Maintain HRIS, HRApp and proper P-files
Work pass administration (WPOL & EPOL)
Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments
Insurance policy renewals and claims submission
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Min. Diploma
Min. 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
Conversant with MOM, CPF, IRAS and other statutory boards regulations
Preferably someone who have HR experience working under F&B industry before
Able to speak in English and Chinese (as need to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients)
