Job Responsibilities:
Airport pass application for all employees (Retail / Corporate Level)
Assist HR Executive to create P-files and upload P-files to shared drive or Retail Level
Coordinate employee welfare (ordering of congratulatory / get well basket / wreath)
Support in recruitment, coordinate interviews with line managers and prepare/coordinate the signing of employment contracts with selected candidates
Issuance of retail staff uniform, preparing onboarding kit and seating arrangements for new hires
Attend to visitors in the office, handle courier/postal matters, check corporate mailbox, and distribute mails
Ensure the meeting rooms are kept tidy and clean at all times
Maintain up-to-date telephone and contact lists and organization chart
Provide admin support on related invoice submissions for payment processes, travel arrangements, expense claims, visas, and corporate credit card expenses
Assist in office events e.g., festive decorations, staff gifts procurements, gatherings, and parties
Manage the corporate pantry and office stationery supplies replenishment for two offices
General maintenance of office alarm, premises, and equipment
Raise approvals at EP portal and submit invoices for payments
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR support or office administration
Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality
Competent in Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
