Job summary

A leading staffing solutions company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to deliver strategic HR support and operational services within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess 1-4 years of HR experience, a relevant diploma or degree, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include HR strategy compliance, employee support, and operational management, contributing significantly to the HR function and the overall success of the business unit.

Qualifications

Job description

Deliver strategic HR support and operational services to business unit, developing customized HR solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business unit.

Core Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Compliance
    • Assist in implementing HR initiatives that support business objectives.
    • Ensure all practices adhere to labor laws and company policies.
  • Employee Support & Advisory
    • Provide guidance on performance management, recruitment, and workplace relations.
    • Act as a point of contact for HR policy clarifications.
  • Operational HR Management
    • Oversee work pass applications and employment documentation.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Business Partnership
    • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify HR needs.
    • Contribute to workforce planning and engagement strategies.

    • Participate in projects aimed at optimizing HR efficiency.

  • Background & Experience
