About the role

The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Assistant on a 6-month contract to provide administrative and operational support to their Human Resources team. Based in the Kaki Bukit East Region, this part-time role will play a key part in supporting the company's HR day-to-day activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with recruitment

  • Support the maintenance of employee records and personnel files

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and other HR-related meetings

  • Liaise with employees to address HR-related queries and concerns

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience in an HR Assistant or similar administrative support role, ideally within the human resources consulting or generalist HR industry

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels

  • Cooperative team player with a proactive and adaptable approach

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
