HR Support Assistant

Overview

The HR Support Assistant will assist the HR team across a range of operational and administrative areas to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digitisation of HR documents and records – includes physically moving boxes of files from the storeroom to the desk using a trolley, sorting and scanning hardcopy documents, e-filing digital copies, and shredding hardcopy documents after verification.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems and databases.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR staff, including data entry, filing, and document tracking.
  • Support the coordination of HR activities such as onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and training logistics.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee information.
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects or audits as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Competent in using IT systems, Microsoft Office, and HR databases.
  3. Meticulous with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  5. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  6. Prior administrative or HR experience will be an advantage.
