A leading company is seeking an organized and motivated HR Assistant to support hiring, onboarding, and employee maintenance. This role offers hands-on experience in HR within a supportive environment, focusing on essential tasks including work pass management and recruitment facilitation.

Job Responsibilities:Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (e.g., Employment Pass, S Pass).
Assist with processing staff attendance records, including leave and overtime.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, faxes, mail).
Liaise with government agencies such as MOM and CPF on HR-related matters.
Assist in recruitment activities and facilitate smooth onboarding of new staff.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records for reporting and analysis.
Support the HR team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Basic knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently.
A team player with good communication skills.
Experience with Infotech HR system is an advantage.
