Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to support various human resources functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, and employee engagement activities. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with stakeholders for recruitment and employee support.
  • Manage payroll and office purchases.
  • Handle work pass applications and maintain employee records.

Job description

  • Posting of recruitment advertisements
  • Engagement with both internal and external stakeholders such as employees and vendors, etc
  • Manage office sundry purchases
  • Payroll administration
  • Assists in employment contract renewals
  • Coordinate medical arrangement for foreign employees (medical check-ups for work pass, and vaccination)
  • Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.
  • Assists in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees
  • Performs HR data entry relating to employee's information, training records, etc.
  • Manage and route phone calls appropriately
  • Assists in work pass applications and other immigration related work.
  • Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys.
