Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an HR Admin Assistant to support the HR team with daily operations and documentation management. The role involves monitoring attendance, preparing employment contracts, and assisting with payroll. The ideal candidate is meticulous and has at least one year of HR experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant HR position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and P-files.
  • Monitor and update employees’ attendance and leave records.
  • Prepare employment documents and assist in payroll.

• Work pass application & renewal

• Assist in payroll when necessary

• Carry out any other duties as and whenassigned

Requirements and skills
