About the role
We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team at Cesco Environmental Technologies Pte Ltd in the Joo Koon West Region. This full-time role will provide crucial support to our HR department, contributing to the effective management of our employees and the ongoing growth of our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining personnel records, processing payroll, and coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding

  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

  • Coordinating employee training and development initiatives, such as organising workshops and facilitating performance reviews

  • Responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters

  • Supporting the HR team in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

  • Maintaining and updating the company's HR information system and databases

  • Undertaking ad-hoc HR-related tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Candidate must possess at least a GCE “O” level certification

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant or administrative role, preferably in the consulting or generalist HR industry

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels

  • Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
