About the role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our dynamic team at LX Pantos Singapore Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in the Downtown Core Central Region and will be integral to the smooth running of our Human Resources department. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Assist in coordinating HR-related events, training sessions, employee engagement activities and handling visitor arrangements
  • Contribute to the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, onboarding new hires and offboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
  • Support the HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Respond to general HR-related inquiries from employees
  • Managing office employee welfare and benefits arrangements
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Relevant diploma or higher in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administrative, payroll and recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Info-Tech HRMS Software is an advantage and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • Can-do Attitude: positive and willing to learn when dealing with new tasks and problems
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
