About The Role

We are seeking an intern interested in a career in Human Resources who is eager to gain practical experience in the field.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to explore HR and develop skills in a fast-paced environment. The successful intern will work closely with our Head of Human Resources on various tasks, including assisting recruiters in recruitment and onboarding, driving employee engagement, and other HR-related projects.

You must be able to commit to a minimum of 16 weeks (4 months) internship.

What You Will Do

  1. Recruitment Support
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability
  • Support recruiters in screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Assist in building and maintaining a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Organize job description documents and libraries
  • Employee Onboarding
    • Support employee onboarding activities such as organizing and conducting orientation sessions
    • Work with new hires to enhance their employee experience
    • Champion positive employee engagement
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities (events, workshops, etc.)
    • Contribute to initiatives promoting company culture and employee well-being
  • HR Support
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, documentation, and data organization
    • Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date
    • Support the team on ad hoc matters and projects as instructed by your supervisor

    The Successful Candidate Should Have

    • Currently pursuing tertiary education in Business Management or Human Resources
    • HR experience is a plus
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous
    • Independent and a self-learner
    • Ability to commit to a minimum of 16 weeks (4 months)
