About the role

We are looking for someone to join our team at Horizon Singapore Terminals Pte Ltd on a 6-month contract basis. This role will be based on Jurong Island and will play a vital part in supporting our human resource initiatives and activities.

What you'll be doing

• Provide generalist HR support across the department including recruitment, onboarding, Jurong island pass applications.

• Taking lunch orders daily for the employees.

• Recording in-out mails

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.

• Support the HR team in managing day-to-day HR operations and addressing inquiries from employees.

• Ad Hocs duties to be assigned by HRM.

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels

• Proactive, detail oriented.

• IT Savvy

• Prior HR Experience will be an advantage

• Transport will be provided from Jurong East MRT (Venture Ave) to our company at Jurong Island.

• Contract period to start from January 2025
