Job summary

A leading contractor firm in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee the complete payroll cycle and support HR activities. The role requires relevant payroll experience, knowledge of local laws, and strong communication skills. You will manage payroll calculations, employee communications, and other HR workflows. This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week and is located in Central-West, Singapore.

• Manage payroll process for the company, calculation of salary details, government claims
• Manage employee letters, reference letters, background checks, mandatory training, etc.
• Manage work pass renewal processes
• Manage employee data
