An opportunity exists for an HR Assistant at a leading firm in Singapore, focused on various HR activities including work permit applications, payroll processing, and employee data management. The ideal candidate should possess at least N or O levels, be organized, meticulous, and proficient in MS Office. HR Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Work permit, S-Pass and EP applications, renewal and cancellations;
- Maintaining, updating of employees and other HR data;
- Payroll computation and assist in monthly payroll processing;
- Providing HR & administrative support;
- Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- N or O Levels with relevant certification;
- 1 year working experience preferably in HR/ Admin/ Customer Service;
- Proficient in MS office (Word & Excel);
- Self-initiated, organized, service and result orientated;
- Must be meticulous with positive work attitude;
- Independent and a good team player;
- Able to start work on short notice would be an advantage
