  • Review candidate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Prepare and finalize employment contracts while managing the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general concerns.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and corporate events to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule employee training programs, both internal and external, to align with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Ensure company policies comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards and provide guidance to employees to ensure consistent policy adherence across the organization.

Job Requirements :
