Facilitate the on-boarding/off-boarding process by preparing the letter of appointment/end of employment letter, work pass application/termination, and coordinate with the respective departments;
Collect and compile all necessary documents to create workers' profile / P-file;
Monitor and coordinate work passes renewal and its related administration;
Assist in driving employee engagement by collating data and analyzing workers’ feedback pertaining to work environment, remuneration, and job fit;
Involve in the implementation of HR processes such as manpower planning, recruitment, compliance with local legislation and labor laws;
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding/offboarding, new-hire orientations, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance;
Provide dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees on employee-related matters;
Support additional projects as needed.
Job Requirement
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
2 years' experience as an HR Generalist or equivalent in Construction Industries handling workers;
Resourceful, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience with Unit4 Prosoft software is preferred;
