Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Recruitment and HR tasks such as posting jobs on WSG and Jobstreet, scheduling interviews, processing applications, negotiating contracts, vetting timesheets, and ensuring payroll accuracy (including leave and public holiday allocations).
  • Maintaining a filing system in line with established standards and guiding others to do the same.
  • Assisting with insurance claims and surveys as per government agency requirements.
  • Responding to finance-related HR queries.
  • Submitting and reconciling expense reports.
  • Writing letters and emails on behalf of management.
  • Handling sensitive information confidentially.
  • Developing and updating administrative systems for efficiency.
  • Maintaining up-to-date employee records.
  • Participating in task forces and committees as needed.
  • Performing other duties/tasks as assigned by management.
