About The Job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. You will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, playing a crucial role in maintaining efficient HR processes and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.


What You’ll Do

  1. Maintain accurate HR database and upkeep of employees’ record and personnel files
  2. Assist in recruitment
  3. Contract administration (preparation of offer letter, employment contracts, confirmation letters etc.)
  4. Handles all administrative side of on-boarding and off-boarding process
  5. Manage employees’ leave and claim records via the HR system
  6. Respond to HR-related inquiries from employee and liaising with other departments
  7. Providing administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
  8. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
  9. Assist in any other tasks as assigned
