The specialist will be responsible for managing HR processes, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with teams to ensure efficient onboarding processes.Key Responsibilities End-to-end onboarding for new hires (US staffing context) Documentation collection, verification, and compliance Understanding and managing visa statuses (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, etc.) Supporting bench candidates with training, resume building, and mock interviews Maintaining internal HR records and tracking onboarding KPIs Coordinating with sales, recruiting, and leadership teamsQualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits Experience in Personnel Management Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
