  • Provide data for payroll processing.
  • Track attendance and leave records.
  • Assist with training and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage office supplies and provide administrative support.
  • Maintain records of assets, contracts, and insurance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure a well-maintained office.

Job Details:

  • Salary UP to $3,500

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:00am - 6:00pm

  • Working location: JTC Hub Tampines (Near Ikea)

  • Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Support recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and maintain HR documentation.

  • Update and manage employee records.

  • Address employee queries on HR policies, leave, and benefits.

  • Provide data for payroll processing.

  • Track attendance and leave records.

  • Assist with training, engagement activities, and performance reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.

  • Provide administrative support: travel, meetings, events.

  • Maintain records of assets, contracts, and insurance.

  • Coordinate with vendors and building management.

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained office.

Job Requirement:

  • Experience in payroll, work pass (WP) hiring, and administrative paperwork

  • Knowledge in HR Software: Infotech System
