Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Office Administration:
    • Ensure proper filing and storage of company documents and records in line with company policies.
    • Greet and assist visiting clients, maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
    • Communicate internal notices and announcements promptly and accurately.
  2. Human Resources (HR) Support:
    • Assist with the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
    • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
    • Handle payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments, deductions, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
    • Oversee Employment Pass (EP) applications and other work pass matters, ensuring compliance with Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
    • Assist in organizing internal training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance management processes.

Job Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience would be advantageous.
  3. Proficient in English and Mandarin (as frequent interaction with China counterparts is required).
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  5. Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with good communication skills and a strong team spirit.
  6. Strong multitasking abilities, capable of working efficiently under pressure.
