Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for HR module work, including posting recruitment information, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and handling entry and exit procedures.

2. Handle matters such as salary calculation, social security and provident fund management.

3. Maintain employee relations, conduct regular communications, and handle employee complaints and suggestions.

4. Take charge of company administrative management, such as document and file management, office supplies procurement, and fixed asset inventory.

5. Organize company meetings and activities, and be responsible for administrative reception work.

6. Assist in formulating and updating human resources policies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in Singapore.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, with priority given to majors such as Administrative Management and Human Resource Management.

2. More than 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative work, with priority given to those with local work experience in Singapore.

3. Proficient in both English and Chinese, able to communicate and write fluently in both languages.

4. Skilled in using Microsoft Office software and have basic data analysis capabilities.

5. Possess good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility.

6. Familiar with local labor laws, regulations and tax policies in Singapore.

7. Hold Singapore citizenship or permanent residency.
