Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for all-rounded HR management covering Payroll, CPF contribution, IR21, IR8A through AIS scheme, Staff Engagement and Employee Relations.

  2. Formulate HR policies, lead HR functions, KPI, and employee development and training, including involvement in key compensation and benefit activities such as salary increment, performance bonus, promotion and manpower budgeting exercises.

  3. Supervise a small team in Singapore and Batam, take care of office admin functions.

  4. Assist in recruitment process and conduct interviews.

  5. Responsible for the IT administration licensing.

  6. Company website and social media updates.

  7. ISO setup and maintenance.

  8. Assist in any ad-hoc admin/HR duties as required.

Requirements

  1. Working area in Pasir Panjang.

  2. Only Singaporeans.

  3. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline.

  4. 5 years of relevant work experience in HR management.

  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  6. High level of integrity and confidentiality and people-centric.

  7. Knowledge of MS Office applications and HR payroll software.

  8. Effective communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Indonesian.

  9. Willing to travel.
