Job description

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4.00pm on Friday

Salary: Up to $4,500

Location: MNC at Pasir Panjang

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support & Onboarding: Assist with posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes for new hires, including setting up workstations and completing necessary documentation.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with filing and organizing personal files.
  • HR Administration: Update and communicate Employee Handbook and Job Descriptions. Handle staff leave queries and arrange gifts or condolence tokens. Assist in fire safety procedures and prepare HR reports.
  • Employee Engagement: Support organizing engagement activities such as team-building events and company outings.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training activities, maintain training records, and monitor course enrollments and grants.
  • Office Administration: Monitor office supplies, maintain equipment, and support travel and accommodation arrangements per company policies.
  • General Support: Provide administrative assistance including managing calls, courier services, and mail handling.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR or admin experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Understanding of HR principles and confidentiality
  • Accurate task execution and teamwork capability
  • Flexible and receptive to feedback
