Job Responsibilities
  • Talent recruiter & Talent manager
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle (Job postings, job search and selection)
    • Conduct interviews; identify and secure suitable candidates
    • Onboarding process and integration with the Team
    • Coordinate the Training program of staff
    • Look into various Govt support to fund training
  • Admin
    • Develop and review HR policies and procedures (to enhance organisational effectiveness)
    • Develop employee handbook
    • Manage the time sheets, duty roster, leave admin, medical claims
    • Complete and prepare all HR reports
    • Compute staff commissions/incentives
    • Monitor leave records
    • Compute part time staff’s roster and their salaries
