Overview

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong time management skills and be able to support our security operations and administrative functions effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue monthly payslips for employees and generate staff IDs using the payroll system
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payroll
  • Assist the Company Accountant in managing company accounts, including handling invoices, payables, taxes, and other related financial matters. Follow up on outstanding payments from clients
  • Monitor & Keep records of Active Staff List (ASL) & PRD Updates - such as security officers notifications, cessations, deployments of sites update as per Management instructions.
  • Support the preparation of quotations and client contract management as required
  • Assist in accessing for WPOL/EPOL/MOM- such as work pass application, work pass renewals as per Managements advise and approval.
  • Assist in SACE Consultancy-E LMS , ADMIN support
  • Submit government-related claims, IRAS filling, CPF Contributions, and participate in surveys
  • Perform general office administrative duties, including filing, maintaining employee records, and monitoring staff leave and training
  • Manage procurement and replenishment of office supplies when necessary
  • Additional assignments as assigned by the Management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR and Administrative roles
  • Strong understanding of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
