Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong time management skills and be able to support our security operations and administrative functions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue monthly payslips for employees and generate staff IDs using the payroll system
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payroll
- Assist the Company Accountant in managing company accounts, including handling invoices, payables, taxes, and other related financial matters. Follow up on outstanding payments from clients
- Monitor & Keep records of Active Staff List (ASL) & PRD Updates - such as security officers notifications, cessations, deployments of sites update as per Management instructions.
- Support the preparation of quotations and client contract management as required
- Assist in accessing for WPOL/EPOL/MOM- such as work pass application, work pass renewals as per Managements advise and approval.
- Assist in SACE Consultancy-E LMS , ADMIN support
- Submit government-related claims, IRAS filling, CPF Contributions, and participate in surveys
- Perform general office administrative duties, including filing, maintaining employee records, and monitoring staff leave and training
- Manage procurement and replenishment of office supplies when necessary
- Additional assignments as assigned by the Management
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR and Administrative roles
- Strong understanding of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Salary & Apply
Salary Offer: Up to $4,100 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
