A construction company in Singapore seeks an individual to manage work pass applications, oversee training bookings, and handle employee welfare. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, effective teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities include managing attendance and recruitment processes while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Job Scope:
1) Handle and keep track of work pass application matters and processing
2) Booking for training and certification of site workers
3) Handle bookings and develop SOPs for onboarding & repatriation of local staff and foreign workers
4) Handling welfare and employee/worker issue
5) Keep track of local and foreign worker staff attendance and process levy waiver applications
6) Handle job postings and recruitment practices
Looking for staff who:
1) Possess strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and/or Singapore Foreign Employment Act
2) Able to work and communicate in a team / cross-functional collaborations
3) Has a sense of urgency and responsibility to follow up and keep track of processing matters
4) Problem-solving skills
5) Takes initiative to learn and resourceful to check for information
