Responsibilities:
- Performing the full spectrum of HR duties in an SME setting
- Collaborating within the HR team on general processes
- Onboarding new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and applying for work passes
- Managing payroll, pay, and commission calculations and processing
- Handling regulatory surveys
- Administering staff benefits such as leave and claims
- Working closely with Heads of Departments on staff management
- Supporting other HR and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
