Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures, staff training & development
  2. Provide administrative support to the Team
  3. Timesheet data entry
  4. Administration on employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims, and others
  5. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

  1. Preferably 1 year of experience
  2. Fast learner and meticulous
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
  4. Self-motivated, shows initiative, commitment, and teamwork
  5. Able to start work on short notice
  6. Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, multitask, prioritize, anticipate needs and meet deadlines as needed.
