[Admin & HR Responsibilities]

  1. Provide office administration duties, including filing, organizing, scanning documents, and managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
  2. Manage incoming correspondence via email and telephone calls.
  3. Oversee office supplies and inventory.
  4. Apply for Work Passes (Renewal, Cancellation, etc.).
  5. Assist in creating invoices and issuing Purchase Orders (PO).
  6. Prepare Payment Vouchers for payment purposes.
  7. Assist with any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Start date: Immediately / Short Notice
