About the role
We are seeking a talented HR and Admin professional to join our dynamic team at twine enterprises pte ltd. As an HR and Admin specialist, you will play a key role in driving the strategic and operational objectives of our company. This is a full-time position based in Tampines West East Region, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
What you'll be doing
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding
Provide HR advisory and administrative support to employees and managers
Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
Coordinate training and development programmes to upskill our employees
Manage office administrative tasks, such as coordinating meetings, ordering supplies, and maintaining filing systems
Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall success of the business
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, ideally within the consulting or generalist HR industry
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service
5 working days (Saturday half day optional with better salary package )
working hrs: 9.30- 6.30 pm
