About the role

We are seeking a talented HR and Admin professional to join our dynamic team at twine enterprises pte ltd. As an HR and Admin specialist, you will play a key role in driving the strategic and operational objectives of our company. This is a full-time position based in Tampines West East Region, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding

  • Provide HR advisory and administrative support to employees and managers

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations

  • Coordinate training and development programmes to upskill our employees

  • Manage office administrative tasks, such as coordinating meetings, ordering supplies, and maintaining filing systems

  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, ideally within the consulting or generalist HR industry

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service

  • 5 working days (Saturday half day optional with better salary package )

  • working hrs: 9.30- 6.30 pm
    Eligibilty criteria: Singaporeans and Permanent residents only
