About You

In your role as an HR and Account Generalist, you will:

  1. Manage the full spectrum of HR operations to support the employee life cycle, from post-onboarding to off-boarding.
  2. Process monthly payroll and manage tax clearance matters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Maintain accurate payroll and tax clearance records.
  4. Maintain and reconcile private ledger accounts, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  5. Prepare and post journal entries to general ledger accounts.
  6. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  7. Generate a variety of reports and statement of accounts, ranging from transactional to management reporting in nature.
  8. Participate in projects and initiatives as opportunities arise, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
We’re Looking for People with the Following Experience:

  1. 4 to 6 years of HR Operations experience; payroll experience is a plus.
  2. Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills are mandatory.
  3. Strong analytical skills with a high level of numeracy and meticulous attention to detail, particularly when working with numbers and process improvement.
  4. A self-driven individual who can work independently with minimal supervision and is service-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Ability to manage a high volume of transactions with quality and timeliness.
  6. Effective organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  7. IT-savvy with excellent skills in MS Office applications; working knowledge of Accounting software is helpful.
