The American Center for Education seeks a Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, financial monitoring, and staff performance within our educational institution. You will manage student contracts, payments, and enhance financial procedures through automation. Join us to contribute to a key role in a dynamic educational environment.
- Propose/regular update the yearly Budget list with Management team members and Board of Directors.
- Manage and monitor the student contracts and chasing of outstanding course fees and ensure less bad debts from the outstanding fees.
- Manage and monitor the matched fee payments and submit the FPS records.
- Handle the payments including distribution of salaries, claims, membership fees, and various expenses.
- Monitor staff leaves.
- Monitor staff trainings.
- Monitor the resumes and candidates for job applications.
- Maintain and monitor the profiles and performance of Agents/Referral parties, and verify the recruitment commission and referral fee claims and distribute such with approval from supervisors.
- Handle student refund cases.
- Maintain education project agreements and monitor/handle the financial transactions.
- Maintain agreements with vendors and monitor their performance.
- Monitor the school assets and facility list and purchase necessary items/equipment.
- Monitor the calculation of GST and submission of GST details to IRAS.
- Enhance the finance related procedures with automation.
- Handle other necessary tasks being assigned.
