HR Analytics & Controlling Specialist, Asia Pacific

This position sits under the HR Global Organisation of HR Analytics & Controlling and is in strong coordination with the Finance Global Organisation, the Analytics & Controlling Specialist will be responsible for the integration & harmonization of Analytics & Controlling fundamentals within Symrise entitles globally, guarantee the accuracy and availability of HR data & HR KPIs as well as provide and monitor personnel costs and FTEs analysis & planning.

The Position:

Analytics:

• The HR Analytics & Controlling specialist will Provide Global Dashboards & Segment/Division dashboards with appropriated analysis

• Set and share the KPIs of reference within Symrise entities globally

• Provide support and training to End Users with regards to Workday HRIS tool and all the analytics reports

• The HR Analytics & Controlling specialist will Contribute to Workday continual improvement providing requirements, tests and supports to the HR Analysts/Functional Modul owner

Reporting & Controlling:

• In close collaboration with HR & Finance Operations and Business partners, the HR Analytics & Controlling specialist will provide Monthly, Quarterly and annual reporting & analysis in terms of FTE & Personal Costs in comparison with budget and last year data.

• Be in charge of Managing HR Costs structure (PCR Cost Centres) in close collaboration with Finance stakeholders, local interlocutors and Comp & ben CoE to ensure that People & respective costs are well allocated and allow the correct understanding and analysis

• Contribute in some HR or Finance projects such as Cost saving plan, new acquisitions to integrate, Extra Costs to manage, Contingent workers Follow up, etc

• Global HR Reporting Implementation for all Symrise Entities and Divisions of the region

• Collaboration with Global, Regional HRBPs & local HR in term of KPIs

• HR cost Controlling for all entities of the region

Planning:

• The HR Analytics & Controlling specialist will Lead & Coordinate the HR Reforecast(S) & HR Budget to guarantee the accuracy of the data’s & analysis, respecting the group guidelines

• Ensure the HR Budget Follow up all year long in a rolling forecast perspective

Knowledge Sharing:

• Guarantee local support and expertise for HR teams and business management with regards to Analytics & Controlling approach and fundamentals

• Train and share knowledge with HR in case of Merging & Acquisition

Data:

• Collaboration with stakeholders (Business Leaders, Finance & HR Organizations) to deliver data.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Master's degree in HR, Finance, economics or other relevant discipline

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role in HR or a business function

• HR controlling or analytics 4 years’ experience in a dynamic and multinational matrix environment

• Cost-oriented, analytical, Financial & HRIS acumen; experience in project management

• Experience with reporting via Workday required. Experience with SAP, MicroStrategy, is a plus.
