About the Role:

Be a first point of contact for all employees and managers within India regarding people & workplace-related issues, supporting and advising as issues arise. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive issues at all times.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. HR Advisory Services: Serve as the first contact for employees and managers, support and advise on workplace issues, conduct risk analyses, escalate issues as needed, and provide updates to HR Business Partners.
  2. Workplace Standards: Help define workplace rules, ensure policy adherence, and support employee benefits and insurances.
  3. Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with various stakeholders across the business.
  4. Performance Management: Ensure compliance with group initiatives, coordinate performance reviews, and coach managers on performance practices.
  5. Employee Relations: Educate and support managers on HR processes, including absence management, disciplinary procedures, and equal opportunities.
  6. Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as directed by the HR Business Partner.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualification: MBA in Human Resources preferred.
  • Work Experience: 6-7 years in HR Advisory services in India.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of HR principles and employment law.
  • Skills: Highly organized, excellent communicator, discreet, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
Additional Information:

Experience in HR consulting roles, proficiency in MS Office, and commitment to high-quality service are essential.
