Job description

Company :

MNC in petrochemical and rubber manufacturing

Working Hour / Location :

8.30am to 5.15pm (Mon - Fri) / Jurong Island (transport pickup to and from Jurong East MRT at 7.40am)

Remunerations :

Up to $4,800 + $350 monthly fixed allowance + yearly increment + 13th month AWS + 2 times bonus payout + permanent staff benefits

Responsibilities:
  1. Payroll - Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation.
  2. Recruitment & Onboarding - Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, attending interviews, and preparing offer letters. Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth organizational transition.
  3. HR Projects - Participate in HR projects to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and align HR practices with business needs.
  4. Expatriate Management - Accommodation arrangement and maintenance. Support Director of Resolution and ACRA-related tasks when required.
  5. Administrative Functions - Maintain staff files, manage company bus, Jurong Island Pass/WP/Spass/EP applications, travel arrangements, mobile phones and plans, uniforms and laundry issues, and execute additional responsibilities delegated by the HR manager.
  6. Company Events - Assist in coordinating company events (Dinner & Dance, Team Building, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. At least 3 to 5 years of HR & Admin experience in the manufacturing industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations professionally and sensitively.
  5. Resourceful, meticulous, independent, and a team player.
  6. Ability to multi-task and handle a wide range of responsibilities.
