Job description

Healthcare Industry

Duration: 3 months, extendable/convertible

Working Location: One North (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Responsibilities

· Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement

· Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR

· Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR

· Adhoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline

· Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in processing of HR records / data

· Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality

· Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities

· IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data

· Organized, meticulous and proactive
