Job summary
A leading contractor firm in Singapore seeks a Human Resource Executive to manage recruitment and payroll processes. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and a Diploma. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. The role includes monitoring tasks and processing insurance claims. Preference is given to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents. Immediate starters preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience in related field.

- Relevant Human Resource Experience
- Recruitment of staff
- Registration of courses for staff / workers
- Familiar with insurance policies WICA, Public Liablity, Motor Claim & Medical Insurance
- Process insurance claims
- Process monthly payroll
- Purchase of Primary Care Plan (PCP) for eligiable workers
- Monitoring and good follow-up skill with tasks entrusted
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior
Job Requirements
