Summary:

  • Location: West Side
  • Company Transport Pick Up
  • AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

  • Managing leave applications and generating leave reports
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews, including setting up interview links
  • Assisting in organizing company events, such as the annual employee health screening
  • Data entry for personnel files and other related tasks
  • Handling purchasing processes, including raising Purchase Requests (PR) and issuing Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Managing inventory for office supplies, pantry items, and PPE stock
  • Arranging flight bookings for business travel of office staff
  • Acting as a receptionist in the absence of the regular receptionist
