Job description

We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive HR & Administrative Supervisor to support our dynamic HR team. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations and play a key part in creating a positive employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. Basic Salary Range: $2400 - 2950 + Monthly Allowance

Work Hours: 5 days, Office hours

Location: East Region

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support across various HR functions.
  • Respond to employee queries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Manage documentation across the employee lifecycle – from onboarding and contract renewals to exits and retirements.
  • Support work pass processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate employee medical claims and assist with HR-related benefits administration.
  • Contribute to HR projects and provide ad hoc support to the HR team and management as required.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in HR operations or a generalist role.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with strong administrative skills.
  • A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Positive, service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about supporting people and making a meaningful contribution to team culture.
