About Us:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR & Admin Specialist to support our expanding team. If you have a proactive attitude and a passion for HR operations and administration, we invite you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations

Assist in managing and coordinating HR-related processes for affiliated companies across the Group, ensuring alignment with HQ policies and procedures.

Manage daily HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee records maintenance.

Support in generating HR-related reports and maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Office Administrative Support

Organize and coordinate office operations, supplies, and events to support a productive work environment.

Help manage contracts, office policies, and vendor relationships (e.g., cleaning, internet, admin tools).

Ensure the general upkeep and efficiency of the workspace.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or office coordination roles. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills will also be considered.

Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Basic understanding of HR processes, payroll, and local employment laws is a plus.

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for effective communication with Chinese global partners.
