Job summary

A leading company in home appliances is seeking an HR Administrator to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and office administrative duties. Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment related matters such as placing advertisements, shortlisting and scheduling suitable candidates for interviews.
  • Arranging onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handling full process and follow up employment applications for Work Permits, SPass, Employment Pass and cancellation.
  • Perform general office administrative duties such as stationary / pantry requisition and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
  • Liase and process with various department for company letter and travel bookings.
  • Liasing with external vendors for office amenities/facilities inclusive office safety and cleaning;(Landscaping,cleaning services,sercurity system and etc.)
  • Organising company events and employee engagement.
  • Checking of promoter’s commission and incentives calculation and submit to outsource HR services.
  • Sorting and matching of invoice from outsource HR services and various vendors.
  • Maintain efficient filing system of internal, external and confidential documents.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Possess Nitec / Diploma or equivelent in Human resource, business administrative or a related field
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience
  • Organized and meticulous with initiative and good working attitude.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome.
