Job description

Position: HR & Admin Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage end -to-end HR functions, including recruitment, background screening, EP'/SP application, renewal, cancellation procedures, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  2. Processing Payroll.
  3. Ensure compliance with IR21, IR8A, maternity leave, healthcare claims, CPF, and other government survey submissions timely and accurately to avoid any penalty.
  4. Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records for reliable reporting.
  5. Ensure HR policies comply with the Employment Act and relevant government regulations.
  6. Provide constructive recommendations on staff appraisals to management and assist in updating the company handbook as needed.
  7. Provide accurate communication of company policies to staff. Able to write announcements and letters with a high level standards.
  8. Coordinate with IT vendors to ensure effective deployment and management of IT resources.
  9. Oversee office administration to ensure a conducive workplace, including procurement, courier, and liaison with vendors.
  10. Organize company activities such as D&D, and other staff engagement initiatives.
  11. Manage content on social media platforms to enhance company prsence.
  12. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirements
  1. Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields. Having an HR qualification is advantageous.
  2. Honesty, accountability, executing work with a high level of ethics, and maintaining confidentiality.
  3. Familiarity with Singapore Labor Laws, HR trends, and developments, particularly related to Employment Pass procedures.
  4. Meticulous attention to details, ability to multitask, and excellent time management skills.
  5. Well-organized digital documentation, a high level of awareness of cybersecurity.
  6. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
