Job description

Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation to search for a HR Admin

The Opportunity

  1. Focus: Perform HR Admin tasks, including planning, organization, follow-up, documentation, communication, and coordination with stakeholders.
  2. Office location: Singapore, Multiple locations - Mainly North area
  3. Working hours: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), 8am-5:30pm

The Talent

  1. At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  2. Polytechnic graduate or equivalent in business, engineering, science, or related fields.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, quick learner, and effective team worker.
  4. Excellent prioritization and time-management skills.
  5. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.

Main Functions

  1. Perform project management tasks including planning, organization, follow-up, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
  2. Support administration of Government Grants and Academic Advancement Programs, including documentation, verification, and data entry.
  3. Assist in classroom training logistics, administration, and communication.
  4. Organize and support team events and activities.
  5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project and event execution.
  6. Maintain accurate records for all project-related activities.
  7. Ensure adherence to project timelines and deadlines.
  8. Prepare training reports, data, and presentations.
  9. Handle inquiries and provide information to team members and stakeholders.
