The Opportunity
- Focus: Perform HR Admin tasks, including planning, organization, follow-up, documentation, communication, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Office location: Singapore, Multiple locations - Mainly North area
- Working hours: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), 8am-5:30pm
The Talent
- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Polytechnic graduate or equivalent in business, engineering, science, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills, quick learner, and effective team worker.
- Excellent prioritization and time-management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
Main Functions
- Perform project management tasks including planning, organization, follow-up, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Support administration of Government Grants and Academic Advancement Programs, including documentation, verification, and data entry.
- Assist in classroom training logistics, administration, and communication.
- Organize and support team events and activities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project and event execution.
- Maintain accurate records for all project-related activities.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deadlines.
- Prepare training reports, data, and presentations.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to team members and stakeholders.
