A leading company is looking for an HR & Admin Officer to manage daily HR and administrative tasks including onboarding, payroll, and general employee queries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma and relevant experience, and will play a key role in supporting the operational needs of the organization.
Job Title: HR & Admin Officer (ID3236)
Location: Redhill
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 5:30pm
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Job Description:
· Hands-on daily HR & admin operational matters
· Assist end to end onboarding and offboarding
· Assist in work pass processes
· Responsible for general employee queries such as leave, processes etc
· Responsible for HR administration including staff records, files, and documentation
· Assist in company insurance
· Office management such as office supplies, purchases, reimbursements, and claims
· Assist and organize company events
· Data entry support
· Assist in payroll computation
· Filing support for accounts non-confidential documents and packing for storage
· Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in related discipline or professional equivalent
• Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Words, Excel)
• Organized and meticulous with initiative and good working attitude
• Training and self-development opportunities
• Graduated in related field or at least 2 years of relevant working experiences
• Singaporean Only
