What You’ll Be Up To:
Be the superstar recruiter for both permanent and temp roles—onboarding and offboarding included.
Build a go-to database for F&B and temp staff that makes manpower planning a breeze.
Team up with schools to bring in fresh talent through internships.
Keep our workforce happy with manpower planning, retention strategies, and engagement activities.
Manage training administration and track budget.
Handle all types of staff insurance and medical claims like a pro.
Payroll processing of 150+ staff accurately.
Stay on top of HRIS updates and MOM compliances.
Maintain and manage all employment contracts (local, foreign, re-employment—you name it).
Conduct surveys, including those MOM requests.
Keep HR policies organized and approvals in check.
Jump into special projects, club events, and any curveballs HR life throws your way!
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of HR or admin experience (bonus points if you’ve dabbled in both!).
A team player who’s hardworking, able to juggle multiple tasks with speed and accuracy.
Someone who doesn’t shy away from non-HR admin tasks.
A self-starter who takes initiative and gets the job done.
